Getting There
Adelaide Showground is located on Goodwood Road in Wayville, roughly five minutes from the Adelaide CBD. There are several easy ways to get there.
By car: On-site parking is available at the Showground. The first 30 minutes are free, with rates of $5 for up to two hours and $11 for all-day parking on Sunday.
By tram: Catch the tram from Victoria Square in the city. The ride to the Goodwood Road stop takes about five minutes.
By bus: Bus services run along Goodwood Road with stops near the Showground entrance.
By train: Adelaide Showground Railway Station sits at the south-eastern corner of the venue, connecting directly to the Adelaide Metro rail network.
Tips for Show Day
- Wear comfortable shoes. You will be on your feet for hours walking across a large venue, and some areas are on grass or gravel.

- Brownhill Creek Tourist Park – ~7km southeast in Mitcham. Set on 25 acres within Brownhill Creek State Recreation Park with powered and ensuite sites.
