At our Epping and Narangba Service Centres, we carry out routine servicing, insurance and accident repairs, modifications, fit-outs and warranty repairs for Titanium caravans. Book the van in for a check or a full service and our team will keep it ready for the next trip.
Titanium owners also have access to approved service centres Australia wide. Contact our Warranty & Service team, who will assess what is required and connect you with the most appropriate Titanium Service Centre or partner service centre in your area.
For approved warranty repairs completed through a partner service centre, Titanium will coordinate the work and arrange any required replacement parts directly with them.

Comprehensive caravan check
A thorough inspection covering mechanical, electrical, plumbing, internal and external components. We check everything from bearings, brakes and suspension to electrical systems, water tanks and appliances, so you know your van is safe before you head off.
Caravan servicing
Regular servicing keeps your caravan performing at its best. At our service centres, we work to manufacturer specifications and use genuine parts wherever possible. Mechanical components, electrical systems and plumbing are all checked and maintained.
Insurance and accident repairs
At our Epping and Narangba Service Centres, we carry out body work, panel replacement, structural repairs and refinishing. We work with all major Australian insurers to handle claims efficiently. Our technicians use high-quality materials and parts to restore your caravan to its pre-accident condition.
Modifications and renovations
Tailor your caravan to suit your lifestyle at our Epping and Narangba Service Centres. Solar upgrades, lithium conversions, awnings, bike racks, suspension upgrades and Wolf Fabrication rear bars are all built and fitted by the same trades that build new Titaniums.

Drop off
Bring the van to the Epping or Narangba centre at your booked time. We walk through the work with you.
Service
Our team carries out the work, photographs anything noteworthy, and contacts you with any extras to approve before we proceed.
Pick up
Hand-back walkthrough, paperwork sorted, and you are ready for the next trip.
Common service questions
How often should I service my caravan?
We recommend a full service every 12 months or 10,000 km, whichever comes first, with a wheel bearing check before any long trip. Vans that travel a lot of unsealed road may need more frequent attention.
Do you service caravans you didn't build?
Yes. Our centres are equipped to service all makes and models. Same trades, same standards.
What is a typical turnaround?
A standard service usually takes one to two days. Insurance repairs and larger modifications run longer; we give you a clear timeframe when we book the work in.
Can you do warranty work on my Titanium?
Yes. If your warranty claim involves repair work, our service teams handle it directly. To lodge a new claim, use the warranty page so we can capture the chassis and delivery details first.
