Frequently asked questions
What's included in a Titanium Caravan?
Every Titanium is built to handle Australian conditions while keeping the comforts of home on board. Standard inclusions across the range:
- Method Race wheels and Cruisemaster independent suspension, fitted for unsealed and corrugated roads
- Enerdrive lithium power systems for off-grid capable touring
- Wolf Fabrication accessories made in our in-house workshop in Melbourne
- Considered interior layouts designed for long touring seasons, not weekend trips
Every model leaves the factory with the same standard of build, with options and upgrades available.
What does "premium off-road" mean for a Titanium?
A premium off-road caravan is designed for touring beyond the bitumen without giving up everyday comfort. Across the Titanium range you’ll find:
- Reinforced chassis and underbody protection
- Independent coil suspension tuned for corrugated roads and long unsealed stretches
- Power, water and storage systems sized for extended off-grid stays
- Interiors finished to handle the demands of full-time touring
Coast to outback, your van is ready when you are.
Are Titanium Caravans built in Australia?
Yes. Every Titanium is designed, manufactured and finished at our factory in Melbourne. Our team:
- Operates an integrated workshop covering chassis, cabinetry, electrical, plumbing and fit-out trades
- Has delivered more than 3,000 caravans to owners across Australia
- Builds to a standard specification plus options and upgrades, refined over years of feedback from owners on the road
Australian-made, Australian-owned, and serviced by the people who built it.
How long does it take to build a Titanium?
Build times depend on the model and the modifications you select. Your handover date is locked in at the time of order, so there’s no guessing on when you’ll be on the road. Throughout the build you’ll get:
- Factory progress updates at each milestone
- A pre-delivery inspection walkthrough before pickup
- A handover session with a full induction on every system
We design the wait so you arrive ready to tour, not still learning the van.
What service and support do you offer after handover?
Titanium ownership doesn’t end at the front gate. Owners are supported by:
- A national dealer network for sales, servicing and warranty work
- Our own service centres in Melbourne and Brisbane for major work, modifications and out-of-warranty support
- Direct contact with the team that built your van
- An owner community spanning every state in Australia
You’re joining a family of Titanium owners, not just buying a van.
What sizes and layouts are available?
The Titanium range is designed for couples, families and full-time tourers:
- Floorplans across multiple lengths to match your tow vehicle
- Layouts for couples, families with bunks, and extended off-grid touring
- A slide-on option for owners towing with a tray-back
Browse the full range on the Our Range page, or get in touch and we’ll match a layout to your tow vehicle and travel plans.
What's the difference between the WS1 and the CS1?
Both are new for 2026 and built for premium off-grid touring, but they use different construction. The WS1 (W Series) has a squared-front design on a Henrob-riveted aluminium frame, with a 24V Victron power system (1,400W solar, 690Ah at 24V), 400L+ water capacity and an ABI Interiors fitout. The CS1 (Composite Series) uses composite sandwich-panel construction with an integrated nose cone for a well-insulated body, with 1,000W solar, 600Ah storage and a 7-inch Cerbo GX battery monitor. Choose the WS1 for the squared-front W Series build and 24V power, or the CS1 for composite construction and a larger 21′ layout.
What's the difference between the S4 and the WS1?
The S4 (S Series) pairs a hot-dipped galvanised chassis with Cruisemaster self-levelling airbag suspension rated to 4,500kg, an induction cooktop and 1,000W solar with 600Ah of storage, from $179,995. The WS1 (W Series) steps up with a squared-front design, a larger 24V Victron power system (1,400W solar, 690Ah at 24V), 400L+ water capacity and a premium ABI Interiors fitout, from $238,995. The S4 offers S Series touring at a lower entry price, while the WS1 adds more solar, battery and water capacity and the squared-front body.
