Inside Our Caravans
What custom means at Titanium
Each custom off-road caravan we build begins with a model and a layout, chosen from floor plans that run from the 15’0 East West Front Door (150EWFD) up to the 24’8 TS1 (248TS1) across nine models. You then choose from the options and finishes available within that floor plan. Our couples caravans come in layouts with a club lounge or a full ensuite, while our family caravans carry double, triple or quad bunks.
The model you pick sets the standard kit, from 450W of solar and 170L of water on the S1 to 1,575W of solar and over 400L of water on the WS1. The S3 runs Cruisemaster XT coil suspension and the S4 and WS1 run Cruisemaster ATX airbag BCS self-levelling suspension.
Our team at the Epping and Narangba experience centres will help you work out a tailored design that suits your lifestyle and budget. Both centres have caravans on display to walk through and run hands-on demonstrations. Because specifications vary by model length and layout, confirm them for your chosen layout with us or your dealer before you order.
Options and finishes you can choose
Some options change the build:
- Double or triple bunks on our D/T floor plans, such as the 21’6 King Bunk (216KBD/T)
- A pop-top or hard-top roof on the HS1 and HS2
- A front nose cone in three storage configurations on the WS1, plus floor plans with a front ensuite
- An optional truss upgrade for the S Series chassis
Double bunks come with drawers underneath, though on the S2 that depends on the layout. On our hybrid caravans, the length you pick also decides if the HS1 or HS2 runs on a single or dual axle.
You also choose your finishes inside and out, starting with the colour of the hail resistant cladding on S Series models.
How your caravan is built
Every Titanium is built at our Melbourne factory at 89-91 Cooper Street, Campbellfield VIC. Our in-house team includes qualified electricians and plumbers and has built over 3,000 caravans since 2012.
S Series caravans have Henrob-riveted aluminium frames, tongue-in-groove furniture with up to 650 interlocking joins for rigidity on the move and chassis built locally by S&M Chassis from Australian steel. The CS1, HS1 and HS2 have fibreglass composite bodies and aluminium-framed furniture. The S Series has a one-piece 35mm fibreglass composite roof panel and the CS1 a 29mm one. Every model in our off-road caravans range is fitted for unsealed and corrugated roads.
Off-road capability refers to suitability for unsealed and corrugated roads. Use in extreme or technical 4WD conditions may fall outside the intended design. Refer to the Warranty Booklet for details of suitable use.
Built the Titanium way
Off-Grid Ready
Solar panels, batteries and water tanks as standard inclusions, so you can enjoy life off the grid with the comforts of home.
Aluminium Frame
Inspired by automotive and aviation, our Henrob-riveted aluminium frames are built to outlast traditional caravan construction methods. They resist rot, moisture, termites and cracking.
Interlocking Furniture
With up to 650 interlocking joins, our precise tongue-in-groove furniture is built for rigidity and stability on the move.
Australian Made & Owned
Proudly Australian made and owned. We source premium componentry and support local manufacturing.
In-House Trades
Our qualified in-house electricians and plumbers are dedicated to producing quality caravans.
Warranty & Service Network
An 8 year structural, 3 year manufacturer warranty as standard for caravans collected from 1 January 2027, backed by a nationwide caravan service network.
Support You Can Count On
Our dedicated customer service team is with you from first enquiry to handover, and well beyond.
Rugged Build & Looks
Purpose-built for Australian conditions, and turns heads at every campsite.
One-Piece Fibreglass Composite Panel Roof
The one-piece fibreglass composite roof typically insulates better than a framed roof, because the insulation covers the full panel rather than leaving the gaps you get around frame members.
