About the NSW Supershow

The NSW Caravan Camping Holiday Supershow is the biggest caravan and camping event in New South Wales. Held over six days at Rosehill Gardens Racecourse in Sydney’s west, it draws tens of thousands of visitors looking to plan their next trip, compare caravans side by side, and pick up gear from over 250 exhibitors.

The show is organised by CCIA NSW, and all RV exhibitors hold NSW Motor Dealer licences. That means every recreational vehicle on the floor comes with regulated buyer protection, which makes it a particularly good event for anyone ready to make a purchase rather than just browse.

Whether you are brand new to caravanning or looking to upgrade after years on the road, the Supershow packs enough variety into one venue to save you months of dealership visits and online research.

What to See at the NSW Supershow 2027

The exhibitor list spans caravans, motorhomes, camper trailers, camping gear, 4WD accessories, holiday parks, and tourism destinations. With 250-plus exhibitors across the Rosehill Gardens precinct, you will find everything from compact pop-tops through to large family tourers and off-grid setups.

Beyond the display floor, the show includes expert demonstrations covering towing, setup, and travel planning. The holiday park precinct is worth a visit if you are still deciding where to go, not just what to tow.

Families are well catered for with a petting zoo, mini-golf, jumping castles, and live entertainment running throughout the event. It is a comfortable day out even if not everyone in the family shares the same enthusiasm for caravan floor plans.

Getting There

Rosehill Gardens Racecourse is in Sydney’s western suburbs, roughly 25 minutes from the CBD by car.

By car: Free parking is available onsite in P4 and P5 car parks, accessed from James Ruse Drive and Prospect Street. The P6 Infield car park is accessible via Gate 2. Shuttle buses run between the centre field car park and the entry gate, so you will not be walking far even if the main lots are full.

By public transport: Take a train to Parramatta Station, then the light rail to the Rosehill Gardens stop. It is about a four-minute walk from there. A free shuttle bus also loops between Rosehill Gardens, Parramatta Station, and Parramatta Wharf roughly every 30 minutes.

Tips for Show Day

  • Wear comfortable shoes. The show is spread across a large precinct and you will cover plenty of ground over a few hours.
  • Bring a tape measure and a notepad (or your phone). When you are comparing four or five vans in a day, the details start to blur together.
  • Visit on a weekday if your schedule allows. Tuesday to Thursday will be quieter, giving you more time with exhibitors and fewer queues.
  • Consider a 2-Day pass if you want a relaxed first day of browsing followed by a focused return visit to your shortlist.

Where to Stay

If you are travelling with your caravan, there are several parks near Rosehill Gardens with powered sites.

  • Discovery Parks – Lane Cove – approximately 13km northeast of the venue. Set within Lane Cove National Park with powered sites on concrete slabs, a dump point and pool.
  • BIG4 Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park – approximately 35km north in Narrabeen. Waterfront caravan park between Narrabeen Lagoon and the beach, though a longer drive from the venue.

Book early for show weekends as popular parks fill up quickly.
