So that we can respond to your warranty claim in a timely and efficient manner we need to collect relevant information about your van and the claim that is being made. It’s important that all the information within the claim form is completed in full. If after submitting the claim form you wish to add newly discovered items, you must submit a new claim form. If the claim is approved we’ll help co-ordinate the repair or replacement of parts.
